Mandatory Reporter Statement
All staff and anyone affiliated with the district should receive an annual reminder that they are mandatory reporters under Title IX. Here is a statement for you (or your principals): This is a reminder to all employees and anyone affiliated with our school district that incidents of sex-based harassment and discrimination (which includes sexual assault, dating violence, stalking and harassment/discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity) MUST promptly be reported to the Title IX Coordinator, or someone in a position of authority who will notify the Title IX Coordinator.
